What doesn't come under Zakat:

1. Your home even if it is more than one, and you have purchased it under the intention of not selling it.
2. The things in your business stores that are not for selling like for example a water purifier which is for your personal use, a gas stove which is for your personal use etc.
3. Your belongings which you don't intend to sell, EXCEPT GOLD, SILVER and MONEY(CASH) IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNTS.
4. Your cars, bikes etc, which are for your personal use.
5. A land plot, a building, a house/apartment you don't intend to sell.
6. Remember, you can't cheat Allah SWT, he knows what is in your hearts, he knows what you have kept for selling purpose and what you have kept for personal use.
